9. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada in all respects. You agree to attorn to the jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta and to grant the courts of Alberta exclusive jurisdiction in respect of this agreement.
10. If any portion or portions of this agreement be held by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, then such portion or portions shall be severed from this Contract, and the remaining portions of the Contract shall be enforced.
11. This agreement enures to the benefit of the heirs, executors, administrators and assigns of DynaLIFE_Dx.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

1. When you access the DynaLIFE_Dx website, we do not ask you for and do not obtain any personally identifiable information about you, nor do we store or archive any such information. DynaLIFE_Dx makes no use of such information.
