10. If any portion or portions of this agreement be held by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, then such portion or portions shall be severed from this Contract, and the remaining portions of the Contract shall be enforced.
11. This agreement enures to the benefit of the heirs, executors, administrators and assigns of DynaLIFE_Dx.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

1. When you access the DynaLIFE_Dx website, we do not ask you for and do not obtain any personally identifiable information about you, nor do we store or archive any such information.
